About Betti

Hello and welcome to Betti's Baby Tips! Thanks for having a look at my little space.

My name is Betti and I've always dreamed of having my own website and helping others. I hope to do this full time at some point, because it would mean I could work from home and be there for my little boy Magnus. 

​

I am originally from Germany and I moved to England to work as an aupair. What was only meant to be a one year adventure soon turned into 5 and now after meeting my partner Joe I have settled in London permanently. And I wouldn't change it for the world, I have never been happier.

​

And my happiness just got stronger when in April 2018 my son was born. I never imagined I'd ever have a child or a family.

 

There have been some dark times, like being homeless and finding out our son needed to have an operation, but I've always been able to count on Joe to make things OK again.  

​

The reason for starting this whole new project is, like I wrote earlier, to be with Magnus, but also to help people. I have worked with children my whole life. I have 2 younger sisters who I helped raise into the responsible young women they are today. And I have worked as an aupair and nanny for 6 years now. So I have lots of experience and I want to help you in this very stressful period of your life. Believe me when I say, I've been there.
